A iniciativa ofereceu uma programa\u00e7\u00e3o gratuita das 15h \u00e0s 18h, voltada para proporcionar um momento de acolhimento e valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o das m\u00e3es da comunidade FOA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Esta\u00e7\u00f5es de Cuidado e Conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As m\u00e3es puderam aproveitar com diversas esta\u00e7\u00f5es tem\u00e1ticas que abordaram a sa\u00fade de forma integral:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cuidados com a Pele:<\/strong> Orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre rotinas de skincare e beleza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Esta\u00e7\u00e3o Cuidar do Corpo:<\/strong> Em parceria com o curso de Enfermagem, essa esta\u00e7\u00e3o teve como foco o monitoramento de indicadores de sa\u00fade e orienta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre pr\u00e1ticas f\u00edsicas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oficina Cuidar de Si:<\/strong> Tamb\u00e9m ofertada pelas estudantes de enfermagem, foram realizadas atividades pr\u00e1ticas voltadas para a sa\u00fade mental e o relaxamento, refor\u00e7ando a import\u00e2ncia do tempo individual para a mulher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Espa\u00e7o Nutrir-se:<\/strong> Os alunos do curso de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o estavam oferecendo uma consultoria nutricional focada em uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A Prof. Kamila Nascimento do curso de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o que acompanhava os estudantes revelou que foi uma alegria participar do evento, ela declarou que: \"Como m\u00e3e e professora do curso de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o, fiquei muito feliz em participar desse momento ao lado dos alunos, levando um pouco do cuidado que a Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m representa.\" Continuou: \"Foi muito gratificante poder contribuir com o cuidado e o bem-estar dessas mulheres que se dedicam diariamente dentro da institui\u00e7\u00e3o\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m dos servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade, o evento contou com momentos de descontra\u00e7\u00e3o e integra\u00e7\u00e3o, incluindo o sorteio de brindes realizado em parceria com a Ceb\u00ea e o Clube FOA, garantindo presentes especiais \u00e0s participantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Compromisso com a sa\u00fade <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A realiza\u00e7\u00e3o do evento refor\u00e7a o compromisso institucional do UniFOA em promover a\u00e7\u00f5es que visam integrar a sa\u00fade como um todo. Al\u00e9m de proporcionar um momento \u00fanico de acolhimento para as funcion\u00e1rias, a institui\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m promove aos seus alunos a oportunidade de exercer a pr\u00e1tica profissional com foco no acolhimento humano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma das colaboradoras que participou do evento, Josenete dos Santos afirmou que, o evento foi muito gratificante e trouxe cuidados em algumas \u00e1reas. A colaboradora comentou sobre a import\u00e2ncia de cada uma das esta\u00e7\u00f5es: \"Tivemos o cuidado com a pele trazendo a autoestima para n\u00f3s mulheres, as pinturas e desenhos como algo relaxante e o cuidado com o corpo, tendo as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es quanto ao peso e alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e ainda algumas m\u00e3es ganhando brindes com os sorteios.
